1. My services do not include house cleaning, babysitting, or pet sitting, but I’d be happy to refer you to trusted contacts who specialize in these areas.
2. My standard service area includes Setúbal, Lisbon and locations within 50km. For areas beyond this range, services are available with a travel fee.
3. Payment made via MBWay, is easily and secure. Its a widely used mobile payment app linked to your bank account.
4. Languages: Native Portuguese, fluent in English, and conversational Spanish.

Cancelation

1. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will incur no fees.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hour before the scheduled service will be charged a €10 fee.
3. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service will be charged a €20 fee.
4. Any outstanding balances must be settled before booking future services.
